Eldervale Server Rules

By playing on Eldervale, you agree to follow these rules. Failure to do so may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans depending on the severity of the offense.

1. Respect Others

Treat all players and staff members with respect.
Harassment, insults, discrimination, hate speech, threats, or toxic behavior toward players or staff will not be tolerated.
Keep discussions in the official Discord respectful and appropriate. Excessive toxicity, harassment, or disruptive behavior may result in in-game punishments as well.

2. No Real-World Trading (RWT)

Trading anything from Eldervale for anything outside of the game is strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Selling or buying characters for real money.
Selling or buying items for real money.
Trading Eldervale items or characters for Tibia Coins.
Cross-server trading with other Tibia servers.

Any involvement in real-world trading may result in a permanent ban.

3. No Exploiting

Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics is strictly forbidden.
Any attempt to duplicate items, abuse exploits, or gain an unfair advantage through bugs will result in severe penalties, including permanent bans.
If you discover a bug, report it to the staff instead of abusing it.

4. No Spam

Do not spam public channels, private messages, or Discord with repetitive or disruptive messages.

5. Multi-Client Rules

A maximum of 4 game clients per person is allowed.
Using more than four clients or attempting to bypass this limit may result in all associated accounts being permanently banned.
Using multiple clients to kill players (multi-client PvP) is strictly prohibited.

6. Staff Decisions

Staff members are responsible for maintaining a fair and enjoyable environment.
Staff may investigate, warn, suspend, or ban players for behavior that negatively impacts the server, even if a specific situation is not explicitly covered by these rules.
Attempts to deceive, impersonate, harass, or abuse staff members may result in additional penalties.

7. Common Sense

Not every possible offense can be listed here.
Use common sense and play fairly. If you intentionally attempt to ruin the experience for others or abuse loopholes in the rules, staff may take appropriate action.

Ignorance of these rules is not an excuse. By playing on Eldervale, you acknowledge and agree to abide by them.
